Booking Policy
Hi Beautiful, thank you for inquiring Celina Mae Beauty for your beauty needs. We look forward to servicing you. Below, you will find our policy details for all services. Please review before booking a service.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Once a deposit has been made you will receive a confirmation text or email. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. If no deposit, your appointment will be cancelled.
Cancellation & Reschedule
*You must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment.
*The deposit will go toward your new appointment.
*Same day reschedule will be charged an additional fee of $25.
*** Deposit is only refunded due to severe weather conditions***
15 minute grace period for all appointments - After the grace period has ended, the appointment will be cancelled and the client will be charged for the full service.
Photo Release
As the client, you have the opportunity to decline taking photos. If you agree to your photo being taken during the service, you give over permission for Celina Mae Beauty to use the photos for promotional and advertising reasons.
**Due to Covid-19, no extra guest are allowed**
